Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of vurvite.com and the purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
This website is operated by R&G Partners Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16907889). We are not VAT registered, trading as Vurvite. Our registered address is 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at support@vurvite.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order.
3. Products
VurGlide is an electric grooming device. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith and for illustration; minor variations may occur. VurGlide is a grooming product only and we make no medical, therapeutic, or hair-growth claims. Battery life and charging times are approximate and measured under test conditions; real-world results vary.
4. Orders & Contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or we suspect fraud), in which case we will refund any payment taken.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover a genuine pricing error we will contact you before dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout via our third-party payment providers (Stripe and PayPal); we do not store your full card details.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 7–14 business days (UK) after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping is free on all UK orders. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
7. Your Right to Cancel & Return
Full details, including how to return items and who pays return postage, are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are faulty or not as described you have legal remedies, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a refund. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Warranty
Your VurGlide is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, in addition to your statutory rights. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised repair, or normal wear (including replacement heads as a consumable part). To make a claim, contact support@vurvite.com.
10. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, the VurGlide name and branding) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
11. Our Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the price paid for that order.
12. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, courier delays, supplier issues, or extreme weather). We will take reasonable steps to minimise any disruption.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you order applies to your purchase.
15. Complaints & Governing Law
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@vurvite.com and we will do our best to resolve it. These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
